  • What is your shipping policy?
    Indy Concealment ships to domestic addresses via USPS Flat Rate for most items. Additional fees will apply for international shipping when offered. Please be advised that Indy Concealment LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have left our facility. If an item has been lost in transit (while in the carriers possession) or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier. We may be able to offer assistance communicating this with the carrier - please feel free to email us with questions. For your protection and ours, please ensure that your billing and shipping address match, to assist us in fraud prevention. Our payment processing system may decline purchases due to a mismatch. Automated emails will be sent out by our online store to notify you of your order status. You may receive multiple emails from both order status and tracking information. We want you to be completely informed as to the status and location of your order at all times. If you do not receive any automated communication after your transaction, please check your junk and spam folders. International Shipping: Currently, Indy Concealment does not offer shipping outside of the US.
  • What is your warranty policy?
    At Indy Concealment, LLC we take the quality and craftsmanship of our products quite seriously and stand behind our products so long as they are used in a manner consistent with the original design and intent. We strongly advise customers to use our holsters only according to the specific intent of the original design, as failing to do so can result in serious consequences that could include, but not limited to, accidental discharge, serious bodily injury, and even death. Although we are happy to accept custom-design requests, our products should not be modified or customized in any way by the customer. We ask that our customers refuse to use any damaged, defective, abused, or misused holster, whether made by Indy Concealment, LLC or otherwise. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your holster, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please be advised, altering in any way voids the Warranty of any and all Indy Concealment, LLC Holsters, Sheaths or any other merchandise manufactured, sold, and/or distributed by Indy Concealment, LLC. Warranty only applies to item/s purchased directly from Indy Concealment, LLC. Limited Lifetime Warranty. Subject to the schedules set forth below, Indy Concealment, LLC products carry a limited lifetime parts and labor warranty, that is, Indy Concealment, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of each new product that the product will be free from defective materials and workmanship. Purchaser's sole remedy for any such defect shall be repaired or replacement, at our discretion, of any unit of our manufacture, which under normal installation, use and service, exhibits such defect: provided that the unit is delivered to us or our authorized service center in the same condition as originally provided for our examination, with all transportation charges prepaid, within the serviceable lifetime of the product for which it was purchased by its original purchaser and provided that such examination discloses, in our judgement, that it is thus defective. ​ The lifetime is the serviceable life of the product. This is defined as the period during which spare parts (components) are available or for a minimum of two years from the date of manufacture, whichever is the longer. Should the product prove to be irreparable, Indy Concealment, LLC reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product. This warranty does not extend to any products which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, fire, flood, physical damage, incorrect use not of our doing, improper installation or testing, unauthorized modification, use in violation of instructions furnished by us or repair by an unauthorized third party. This warranty will be void if the products, serial number (if so equipped) or other identification marks have been defaced, damaged or removed. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SPECIFIED, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR OF TECHNOLOGICAL VALUE AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR FAILURE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OR FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT. ​ Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty. Products returned to Indy Concealment, LLC must be pre-authorized by Indy Concealment, LLC with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number marked on the outside of the package and sent prepaid, and packaged for safe shipment. ​ If we determine that the product is not covered by the warranty, then the cost of repair at our then current rate and all transportation costs will be paid by you. Limited Lifetime Warranty Schedules Part 1 details what is deemed outside of warranty coverage. Part 2 explains the caused not covered and some recommended precautions to take to avoid such failures. ​ ​ Part 1: The following are (but not limited to) deemed to be outside of the Limited Lifetime Warranty cover and are therefore treated as chargeable repairs. Damage due to misuse Modifications made by anyone other than Indy Concealment, LLC Non Indy Concealment, LLC Repair Damage Other Damage (outside of normal wear and tear No Fault Found Upgrades performed by anyone other than Indy Concealment, LLC Part 2: The following are (but not limited to) deemed to be within the Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage. Normal wear and tear Malfunction of hardware used in production of the product Fitment Failure of any kind not including any reasons mentioned above (as being "outside of the Limited lifetime Warranty coverage" Recommended precautions: Always test fit holsters with an unloaded firearm Never use a holster or any product that appears to be damaged or used prior Always check that you have received all items in your shipment and that no part or parts of the product is missing or damaged ​​ Other Damage Other damage covers problems which are not detailed elsewhere in this document. Possible causes are listed below: Fluid which contaminates the unit whether by accidental spillage or otherwise Fire or corrosion Mechanical damage, i.e. physical damage No Fault Found No fault found covers any product tested that is found to be not faulty and will be subject to a handling charge. Upgrades In an effort to improve the quality of our products, repairs may have upgrades applied that improve the reliability of the product. All other upgrades such as enhanced features will be chargeable at the applicable rate. Any upgrades or repairs that will result in payment required will always be submitted to you for approval prior to any work or repair being completed.
  • What is your return policy?
    Indy Concealment offers a 30 Day return policy on your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of purchase of all Kydex Holsters, Trigger Guards, and DIY Kits, email us and let us know. If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will submit an RMA for the full purchase price (excluding shipping) of your new unused item. Please note: Returns on items without RMA's may result in delays or denial of refunds. We will be unable to process returns on items that have been altered or damaged due to misuse.   • What is your cancelation policy?
    You may cancel your order any time before your order ships. If you need to cancel an order that contains special order parts or materials, you may be required to pay a cancellation fee of up to 25%. This is due to the fact that special order items are often non-returnable or require significant restocking fees. To offset these costs, a cancellation fee may be charged. It is important for you to carefully consider your orders and make sure you are committed to completing the purchase before placing an order that includes special order parts or materials.
  • How do I get a custom quote?
    For custom quotes, please fill in the "Get a Quote form". The more details your provide, the better.   • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, we do offer eGift Cards for purchase. You may purchase an eGift card in any amount. eGift cards can be emailed directly to the purchaser or purchased and mailed directly to the recipient.
