Returns & Cancellations
We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for details. You may return your item within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items only. Returns on damaged items will be denied and shipped back to buyer at the buyer’s expense. Please contact us prior to ANY returns.
You may cancel your order at any time up to the point that it shows shipped. If your item shows shipped, you must wait until your item is delivered and request a return (no exceptions).
Shipping Details
Shipping is offered via USPS Ground Advantage (unless otherwise noted on the item details page) at a flat rate per item. Free shipping is offered on purchases over $35.
How to order
Choose you options for each drop down. Select color, quantity and place order. Following order, please email us at support@indyconcealment.com with your order number in the subject line. Include all art work in your email. Logos must be in JPEG, PNG or SVG format. Image quality doesnt have to be perfect but the clearer the better. We will do out best to clean up any lower quality images sent to us.
Order Proof
Once we have received your order along with your email including your artwork, a proof will be created and MUST be approved by you prior to any work being completed. Your order will not be started prior to the proof being approved. Please check your SPAM/JUNK email folders. Our email sometimes end up here. Add us to you safe senders list to avoid any delays in order shipment and be sure to include you correct email address during checkout so we are able to contact you regarding your order proof or any other questions we may have for you.
Single or Double sided business cards
We offer both Single and double sided business card option. By choosing single sided, you logo and text information will be placed on one side of the card. By choosing double sided, your company logo and business information will be located on the front side, while any additional information will be placed on the back side of the card.
Info Needed
Please include the following in your email (See "How to order" for details), Business logo/artwork, Persons name that will be displayed on the card (if any), Business Name, Contact info, web address and all additional info if ordering double sided.
Lead Times
Lead Times vary depending on quantity orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for order of 5-50 pcs from date of approved proof. For orders of 100+, please allow 5-10 business days from date of approved proof.
